Cinnamon Raisin Bread Recipe
Heart Healthy Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 2 cups Flour - wholegrain wheat
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 cup Vital Wheat Gluten
- 2 1/2 teaspoons Yeast
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Raisins
Food Preparation Instructions:
- Put first 6 ingredients in a bread machine.
- Set for Specialty cycle (mix-in alarm).
- When mix-in alarm sounds, add the cinnamon and raisins.
- Toast and serve with apple butter (optional).
