Heart Healthy Recipe Ingredients:
- 6 jumbo Egg Whites
- 1 teaspoon Canola Oil
- 1/4 cup dry powdered Dry Skim Milk
- 1 drop yellow Food Coloring
- Combine Ingredients.
- Egg Substitute can be frozen and kept in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
- 1/4 cup Egg Substitute = one egg
- If a traditional recipe calls for one egg yolk, use 1 1/2 tablespoons of Egg Substitute.
