 Heart Healthy Recipe Ingredients: 

  • 6 jumbo Egg Whites 
  • 1 teaspoon Canola Oil
  • 1/4 cup dry powdered Dry Skim Milk
  • 1 drop yellow Food Coloring  



  • Combine Ingredients. 
  • Egg Substitute can be frozen and kept in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
  • 1/4 cup Egg Substitute = one egg
  • If a traditional recipe calls for one egg yolk, use 1 1/2 tablespoons of Egg Substitute.
