 Heart Healthy Recipe Ingredients: 

  • Vegetables of Choice
  • Herbs of Choice (rosemary, garlic, basil)
  • Non-Fat Italian Salad Dressing
  • Butter Flavored Spray


  • Combine salad dressing and herbs. 
  • Marinate vegetables in mixture for 10 minutes or more.
  • Coat grill rack with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • Place vegetables on the grill cut sides down.
  • Cook 5 minutes.
  • Turn vegetables and cook an additional 5-10 minutes or until tender.
