- Vegetables of Choice
- Herbs of Choice (rosemary, garlic, basil)
- Non-Fat Italian Salad Dressing
- Butter Flavored Spray
- Combine salad dressing and herbs.
- Marinate vegetables in mixture for 10 minutes or more.
- Coat grill rack with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Place vegetables on the grill cut sides down.
- Cook 5 minutes.
- Turn vegetables and cook an additional 5-10 minutes or until tender.
