 Heart Healthy Recipe Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup Legumes - cooked  
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs - wheat germ or ground nuts
  • 1 cup Liquid- soymilk, tomato juice, etc.
  • Seasonings to taste - garlic, onions, etc.

Food Preparation Instructions:

  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Bake in loaf pan in 350 degree oven until firm, about 30 minutes.

Low Cholesterol Meal Serves 6
