Low Cholesterol Breakfast Sausage Recipe

 Heart Healthy Recipe Ingredients: 

  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Sage
  • 1 small Onion - chopped
  • 1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Oil    



  • Miix ingredients. 
  • Chill overnight. 
  • Fry slowly in oil until brown through and through.
