Mint Chutney Recipe

 Heart Healthy Recipe Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups Mint Leaves - fresh
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Red Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Water 
     

Instructions:

  • Put everything into an electric blender and mix well.
  • Serve with veggies.
