Potato Latkes Recipe
Heart Healthy Recipe Ingredients:
- 6 Potatos
- 1/4 cup Matzoh Meal (or flour)
- 4 Egg Whites
- 1 Onion
- Salt & Pepper
- Fat-Free Sour Cream
Food Preparation Instructions:
- Peel potatos and shred in food
- Remove potatos and squeeze water out of shredded
- Shred onion in food processor.
- Add all ingredients ot processor and process until well mixed using
- Fry in nonstick pan until golden brown using a small amount of
- Serve with applesauce and fat-free sour cream.
