 Heart Healthy Recipe Ingredients: 

  • Sweet Potatoes - Peel and cut into large squares    
  • Carrots and Parsnips - Peel and cut into chunks
  • Orange Juice
  • Dried Apricots
  • Prunes


  • Put all the ingredients in a baking dish and cover with the orange juice. 
  • Cover with foil and cook in 350 degree oven till everything is soft (Usually about an hour or so).
